Poor Servants of the Mother of God (PSMG) is a charitable organisation working out of a number of locations throughout the UK. We initially approached IT Corporation, who were highly recommended to us by a trusted associate, as we needed help embracing a better way to use IT to help make our work more efficient and to enable better collaboration throughout the charity.

Tech Refresh Project – Product Supply
Following an extensive tender process, Commonwealth Secretariat awarded IT Corporation the contract to supply and manage our Tech Refresh (End User Computing) project, which required the supply of a combination over of over 400 desktops and laptops of differing specifications, plus the associated number of monitors and accessories
Crucial elements of the project were:
- All machines to be pre-loaded with our standard software builds.
- All items to be Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) tested, including docking stations, keyboards and mice.
- Commonwealth Secretariat asset tags to be applied in the correct positions with information recorded and logged against the hardware.
- Delivery schedules for our staged roll out project be met without delays.
- Manage the collection and recycling of our trade in hardware to our defined schedules.
IT Corporation managed this significant and complex project with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and customer service, often going above and beyond the contractual requirements (for example, sending an engineer to site free of charge to assist with the software image creation process and also pulling out all the stops to meet some short notice changes to our delivery schedules).
As a result, we have continued to purchase from IT Corporation for our day to day requirements and are delighted that our experience of the excellent levels of expertise and customer service we received as part of the Tech Refresh project is evident to the same extent in our continued dealings with them.
